Refund Policy

We want you to try Skin Salt products with confidence and truly experience the benefits - because real results take time.

If it’s not the right fit, you may return your first order within 90 days of purchase for a refund, even if opened. To qualify, simply return all items from your order, use no more than 5 stick packs of the Skin Salt drink per box, and ensure your return is initiated within 90 days.

For any orders after your first purchase, you may return unopened products within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the items returned.

All returns must be received and inspected at our facility before a refund is issued. To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, address, and order number (or your packing slip) inside your package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as refunds cannot be processed for packages that are not received and do not have proof of return.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
